Group admissions:
Daily (except Sundays and Tuesdays).
Tours half-hourly from 11am (from 10am 25 June to 3 September) until 5pm.
Galleries close at 6.40pm.
Before you arrive
The museum has designed a portfolio of tours to suit your requirements.
You can opt to visit the museum independently or choose a guided tour. Guided tours are available in foreign languages on request (English, German, French sign language, etc.)
When you have selected your guided tour, please fill in an online advance booking form. This must be done at least two months before the date of your visit.
On the day of your visit
Take your booking voucher to the reception desk and let the museum know that you have arrived. If you are taking a guided tour, your guide will meet you in the museum entrance foyer.
Conditions for cancellation and changes of dates
All cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled visit date, by email: reservation.museedarts@nantesmetropole.fr.
In the case of an accompanied visit, mediation will be invoiced to you if this deadline is not respected.
